Iris’s venture into Property Management began in 2004 when she was appointed as the Rental Manager in a newly established Real Estate office located in the thriving Dannemora area.<\/p>\n

She takes immense pride in her accomplishment of building the non-existent rental department from the ground up and achieving a growth rate that was double the industry average.<\/p>\n

Efficiency and a straightforward approach are her core strengths, enabling her to tackle tasks and challenges with a resolute and effective manner. Whether it’s for a landlord or tenant, she has consistently delivered a service based on hard work and integrity.<\/p>\n

Her determination to learn and apply her knowledge led her to win the “Top Rental Manager of the Year” award for the company not once, but twice.<\/p>\n

In 2012, she founded Sunrise Property Management and Services Ltd, a venture that has been rapidly expanding. The company opened its second branch in Newmarket in 2019, and its third branch in Ormiston in 2021.<\/p>\n

Iris thrives on pushing her limits and embracing continuous learning. Her goal is to ensure that the Sunrise Team can provide the best possible service to their clients and customers.
