(For the water, if stated on the terms of the tenancy agreement)<\/li>\n<li>Leave the property clean and rubbish free at the end of tenancy<\/li>\n<li>Leave all the keys garage remotes with the property managers at the end of tenancy<\/li>\n<li>Leave all the chattels and items supplied with the tenancy<\/li>\n<li>Lawns (if applicable) should be mown regularly, and the gardens are kept tidy and free of rubbish<\/li>\n<li>Keep all drains, sink wastes and sanitary appliances clear and free from obstruction.
