Dean has worked in Banking for over 42 years and is a born and raised Kiwi. With this amount of experience, Dean can easily adapt and communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds and has a proven record of providing exceptional customer service. Dean has a good sense of humour, has a caring nature and enjoys helping people.

Dean is a good listener and ensures he does his best to help. He thinks “how would I feel if I was in this situation” and understands that problems can be frustrating. This attitude shows that he cares and empathises and will do his best to find the best solution.

Dean is focused and accurate, making sure mistakes are minimised. He believes his customers are all the people he deals with every day at his work, the owners, the renters, the tradesmen, and his fellow staff, and he treats everybody with the same care and respect, making sure everyone has a positive experience.
