Iris’s foray into Property Management began back in 2004 when she was appointed Rental Manager in a brand new Real Estate office in the burgeoning Dannemora area.

She is really proud that she was able to take a non-existent rental role and grow the business at a rate that doubled the industry average.

Her strengths firmly lie in efficiency and a no-nonsense attitude that has always enabled her to grab any task or challenge and execute it fully and in a decisive effective manner – be it for Landlord or tenant – she has always ensured that she offers a service built on hard work and integrity.

It is that drive and determination to learn and then to utilise her knowledge that helped her to twice win “Top Rental Manager of the Year” for the company.

In 2012, she started Sunrise Property Ltd which continues to grow expeditiously and opened her second branch in Newmarket 2019. And the third branch in Ormiston 2021.
