Joyce is the Administration Officer here at Sunrise Property.

She has years of experience in Office Administration, across many and varied fields, and this has resulted in finely honed skills that she really enjoys putting to use to fully support the hardworking team.

She prides herself on going above and beyond expectations when dealing with Sunrise Management, fellow team members, contractors and most importantly their client and customer base.

She likes to ensure that everyone who is associated with the company has a great experience and she endeavours to do that by maintaining a highly organised, efficient working environment for all – this ensures a positive and healthy work-place and happy responsive environment for visitors to the office.

Sunrise Property Management allows her to continually develop new skills and she is always looking for new challenges to further educate herself in this industry.

She grew up in Hong Kong and moved to New Zealand as a very young teenager. She gained a Bachelor of Music at Auckland University and that is still one of her greatest passions away from work – she plays piano and love listening to all sorts of music and she loves spending time with her great group of friends!

Joyce is happy to be part of the team at Sunrise Property and she is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English that allow her to service to suit each client and customer’s needs.
