Shanny was born in Hong Kong and then moved to the United Kingdom for 14 years before Immigrating to New Zealand. Shanny found study in Auckland and completed her Degree for International Business and Marketing at the University of Auckland in 2002.

Shanny has had previous administration experience in schools, a news broadcasting company but most of her experience has been for Multinational cooperations as a financial analyst focusing on forecasting and budgeting in different industries ranging from luxury retail, telecommunications to news broadcasting and was based in Hong Kong since graduating.

Shanny works alongside the administration team at Sunrise Property and acknowledges how crucial this role is for the finances of your investment property.

As a busy mother herself with 2 children, Shanny understands the importance of finances and it is here that Shanny brings her methodical approach and streamlining work processes to ensure the data and accounting are accurate and is completed within deadlines for your investment property financials.
